Booking Process

  2. Consultation: We then schedule a consultation to better understand your vision, the type of event you are hosting, and the specific services you need. Based on this conversation, we will recommend the most suitable marquee package for your event.
  3. Availability Check: Using our Availability Calendar, we confirm the availability of the marquee and additional services for your selected date. We aim to book as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.
  4. Quotation: After assessing your needs, we provide a detailed, transparent quotation that outlines all costs, including marquee rental, delivery, setup, and any optional extras like flooring, lighting, or décor. There are no hidden fees, so you can plan your budget with confidence.
  5. Booking Confirmation: Once you are happy with the quote, we confirm your booking with a deposit. You’ll receive a booking confirmation outlining all the agreed-upon details, including setup dates and times.

Setup Process

  1. Site Assessment: Before the event, we conduct a site visit (if required) to assess the venue layout, ground conditions, and access points. This ensures the marquee will be perfectly positioned and safely installed.
  2. Pre-Event Setup: Our professional team arrives on-site well before the event to handle the marquee setup. We coordinate with your schedule to ensure that the marquee is ready in plenty of time for other vendors, such as decorators, caterers, and AV technicians, to set up their equipment.
  3. Efficient Installation: We handle all aspects of marquee installation, from securing the structure to laying flooring and installing lighting, heating, or cooling equipment. Our experienced team works efficiently to ensure everything is completed on time and to your specifications.
  4. Final Check: Before handing over the venue, we do a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail is in place and you’re satisfied with the setup. We also provide instructions on any equipment, such as heating or lighting controls, to make sure your event runs smoothly.

Post-Event Takedown

Once your event is over, we handle the takedown process quickly and discreetly, ensuring minimal disruption to your venue. Our team removes all equipment and leaves the site clean and clear, allowing you to enjoy the memories of your event without any added stress.
